Ballistic Improvement
By having the feed ramps only engage the wall of the cartridge, the bullet face
will having significantly marring from weapon operation. An bullet with a more
pristine surface will have a more repeatable trajectory. Also, particularly in
the instances where the casing is not fully crimped, the bullet will not be
run to risk of being forced backward into casing upon being chambered. This
improves the viability of lower cost ammunitions (American Eagle 5.7X28mm is one
example of brand name munitons not crimping the round properly and either being
forcefully recessed or having the round be pulled from the cartridge upon being
removed from battery).

Cleaner Operation
Since the cartridge has a less forceful interaction with the feed ramps, less
material will be scrapped from the round during operation. This will lead to
slower buildup of softer metals in the frame of the firearm and will make the
periodic deep cleaning of the weapon less taxing. Since most operational failure
comes from fouling, it should extend the time the user has before experiencing
a weapons malfunction.

Less Wear to the Firearm
As countless rounds are feed through the firearm, the cartridges will eventually
degrade and damage the internals of the weapon system. The pointed tips of the
bullets will over time gouge the feed ramps on the barrel insert and cause
feeding issues. By having the bullet tip pass the ramp without interaction, the
feed ramp will experience less wear over the course of its operational lifetime.
This is especially pronounced when using the steel or tungsten tipped munitions
often used by the military, since the hardness of these materials is equal to,
or greater than, the hardness of the surface of the barrel insert. (Sig Sauer
had an interview concerning their bid in the next generation weapons system
trials where they mentioned the only issue was the excessive wear on the feed
lips. This was most likely caused by the round that was developed for this new
weapon system being lead free and drastically increasing the wear on the feed
ramps.)

Feeding Issues
With all of the factors above, the firearm will experience less failure to feed
issues when using Superior Feed Technology. The tip of the round will not hang
up on the feed ramps and the cartridge will have far less friction when being
chambered. Thus many of the instances where the round would not go into battery
are alleviated.

Features

We have experimented in different calibers, so this can be used in other weapon systems. Ammunition magazine and follower configured to chamber an ammunition cartridge without contacting the bullet portion of the cartridge Jan 14, 2021 The present disclosure provides ammunition magazines and followers for use in a firearm, such as an AR15 or M16 firearm, that prevent contact between the bullet portion of a cartridge and interior surfaces of the firearm’s receiver portion during transfer of the cartridge from the magazine to the firearm’s chamber.

Are you SGI magazine as you can see the bullet just goes straight.

Here you can see how our bullet is totally different and starts moving towards the center. Totally different than the competition.
